Chief Executive Officer
Lori Vatcher has worked with Pacific Partners Management Services, Inc., (PPMSI) since 1998, as a healthcare consultant leading the start-up of the company. In her current role Ms. Vatcher oversees all business operations at PPMSI, including Contracting, Claims, Physician Network Management, Customer Service, Information Technology, Project Management, and Facilities. She is also responsible for organizing, directing, planning, implementing and evaluating the business operations of the company which includes managing three California Independent Practice Associations (IPA's) in Santa Clara County, Monterey County, and Sonoma County.
Ms. Vatcher served on the Medical Quality Commission's IPA Standards Task Force to evaluate and develop standards for IPA Accreditation. She has also consulted nationally in the development of managed care networks and MSO models. She is member of the Association for Women in Communications, Women Health Care Executives and the Institute of Humanistic Studies. Ms. Vatcher attended the San Francisco Conservatory of Music in the study of Classical Guitar and holds a first degree Black Belt in Karate.
Chief Technology Officer
Dennis Doughty has served as the Chief Technology Officer for PPMSI since 2010. Prior to 2010 Dennis worked for PPMSI as a technology consultant. Dennis is responsible for directing and managing the information technology strategic plans, policies, programs and schedules for business and finance data processing, hosting and computer services, network communications, and management information services to accomplish corporate goals and objectives. With more than 30 years in healthcare IT, Dennis brings a wealth of experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide applications and integrated solutions for healthcare organizations.
Chief Financial Officer
Accounting and Finance leader responsible for financial and fiscal management of company operations. Janet has over 15 years of broad-based knowledge of health care accounting and analysis, budgeting, project management, system implementations, internal control development, improved operational efficiencies, and process improvement. At PPMSI, Janet is responsible for safe-guarding company assets including development, implementation and compliance for financial reporting and management of company and client operations. This includes fostering partnerships with our client Board of Directors, providing financial guidance focused on development and implementation of corporate strategies.
Executive Director and General Counsel
Eric Tatum has been a member of the PPMSI management team since 2008. In his role as the Executive Director/General Counsel, he provides guidance on legal matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts, legislative analysis, and oversight of matters referred to outside counsel. He also has direct oversight of the Claims, Compliance, Credentialing, Member Services and Provider Relations Departments.
Eric has more than 18 years of experience in the managed care industry. He has been employed with a wide variety of health care entities, including Brown & Toland Medical Group, Aetna, Santa Clara Valley Health & Hospital System, and Santa Clara Family Health Plan. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California. Davis, in Political Science, and his Juris Doctorate from Lincoln Law School of San Jose.
